Two of my most favorite forms of movement are walking and dancing. And the good news is they can both be done inside your home when the weather is bad.
I have found that some people are more prone to move when they are having fun or with others. While other people like solitude and communing with nature or incorporating it into their quiet time. Either way, it is a great way to connect with people and / or make special memories.
