Many people forget, the reason you eat is to fuel your body. So, overeating is never a good idea because you want to go into fat burning mode not fat storing mode. Your body will tell you when it is full and to stop eating. You need to honor that request.
It is best to eat only when you need to fuel your body and not when you are stressed / emotional / and so forth.
There are many ways you can keep your portion size to a healthy level.
There may be a reason you can’t put down that bag of chips / cookies / ice cream!

For instance - Gliadin is a component of gluten but it has been changed dramatically to amplify its opioid effects – Gliadin can’t be digested by humans fully – It’s broken down to pieces and those pieces bind to the human brain / receptors and has peculiar / detrimental effects in certain people with mental health concerns.

1. Cut Your Food in Smaller Bites Sizes
1. If you go please don’t overeat!
